The location of Hampton Inn Charlotte-Gastonia is unbeatable, with many restaurants and shopping venues nearby. The room was impressively quiet and equipped with cable channels, a fridge, and coffee and tea making facilities.

Lovely stay, great location and friendly staff. I recently stayed at a hotel during a road trip and had a fantastic experience. The hotel, conveniently located just two minutes off the interstate, was a great stop on our journey. The rooms were very comfortable, with excellent beds and plenty of towels and wash clothes. It was the little things that made the stay pleasant, like the abundance of good quality hangers in the closet and the well-fitted rolling luggage carts in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One standout was the exceptional woman in charge of breakfast, who was both friendly and upbeat. The hotel was also impeccably clean and well maintained, with several restaurants nearby for convenience. Despite facing the busy interstate, the room was incredibly quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. My only complaint was in the fitness room, where the TVs were locked on the kids channel. It made it difficult to enjoy a workout while watching closed captioned SpongeBob. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine with our room. We only spent one night, so really did not have contact with our housekeeping or staff. We have stayed here many times, as it is convenient to our family that we visit.

The staff was superb - personable, attentive, and professional. Breakfast staff worked hard to keep food fresh and areas clean. Room was clean. Great check-in and check-out experience.
